Order Processing Time:

Within Hyderabad: 2-3 business days

Regional: 7-10 business days (Indiapost - Rs.100)
                    3-5 business days (DTDC - Rs.180)
International: 7-14 business days.

We ship via trusted partners such as UPS,FedEx, DHL, and India Post.

Tracking Information:

Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number to monitor your package in real time. Sometimes you may not get due to technical issues, but would request you to wait for max 10 days for delivery and contact us if you dont get it beyond that time frame.

Delays or Issues:

While we strive for timely delivery, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed, please contact our support team on Whatsapp.

Note: In case of any product from your order got unavailable due to any reason or facing any delay,We will connect you via a call to inform you regarding possible delays and if parcel get return in any condition no refund will be processed it will shipped back to Customer address again and return charges will be paid by customer.
