At Callista By Radhika, we take pride in ensuring that your orders are carefully packed and shipped in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Custom or personalized orders may take longer, typically 25-30 business days(Real-Glass pre-orders), depending on the complexity of the piece.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (Within India):
    • Standard Shipping upto 1KG: (3-5 business days) – Rs.100 (Indiapost) and Rs.180 (DTDC)
    • Expedited Shipping: (1-2 business days) – Rs.280(DTDC)
  • International Shipping:
    • Delivery times vary by destination, typically between 7-21 business days.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on our website or the carrier’s site. If you don’t get the tracking number, please message us on Instagram or WhatsApp.

4. Shipping Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, postal service disruptions, or customs processing. We are not responsible for delays once your package is with the carrier, but we will do our best to assist with any issues that arise.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

  • We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply upon the package’s arrival in your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

6. Address Changes

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram within 2 hours of placing your order.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

We carefully package all items to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact us at callistabyradhikaofficial@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +917907360486 with your order number and details along with a proper 360 degree opening video showing the product and highlighting the damaged area. If we don’t get clear proof we will not be able to help you further.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
