At Callista by Radhika, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your handmade jewelry, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Issues can happen in transit which is not in our control and hence we won’t be able to help you in that case. Please read our return and exchange policy below:

Return/Exchanges:

• Eligibility: Exchanges are only available for items that are damaged or defective or a different product/colour sent to you upon arrival only with a proper 360 degree opening video. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Process: To initiate a exchange, Whatsapp us at +917907360486 with your order number, opening video/photos of the damage or defect, and a brief description of the issue.
• Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or mistake on our end. Once we receive the item, we will process your exchange within 5-7 business days only after you pay the return shipping charges to the payment number.
• Minor colour or design variations. Such variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen.
• If your product darkens over time. Natural oxidization is a property of silver metal and is caused by varying climatic & storage conditions.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom and Personalized Orders: These items are made specifically for you and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless defective.
• Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return:

• To return your product, please Whatsapp at our booking number with proper proofs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
